Sales - Made in Senegal by musicians for musicians, these high-quality drums are like no others. Each drum is hand carved out of ‘dimbe,’ a hard wood found in West Africa. It takes a whole day to carve one drum to ensure that the shape will create the best possible sound.

The wood is then sanded by machine and by hand three times to create a smooth and beautiful finish. The drum is hand painted, carved and varnished by local Senegalese artists; each one is unique. Goat skins are used and tightly pulled for a clear sound.
